Christ Smiles

If rainbows painted all the skies,
If every face knew sweet surprise,
If promises flew in every breeze,
If angels were nestled among the trees.

If the stardust settled, dancing down
Around you, about you, your soul and crown,
Then they'd be sent from God to say,
That love and Goodness, shines this way.
